This website is operated by LuxeStone Atelier. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LuxeStone Atelier. LuxeStone Atelier offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing our product (LuxeUltra™ Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner), you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

3. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information.

Product Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (e.g., the crystal handle design, stainless steel finish). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.1

 

6. PRODUCT USAGE AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)2

By purchasing the LuxeUltra™ Ultrasonic Jewelry C3leaner, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

  1. Suitability of Jewelry: Ultrasonic cleaning utilizes high-frequency sound waves (45kHz). While safe for many items, it is NOT suitable for all jewelry. You acknowledge that you should not use this device on:4

     

    • Soft or porous stones (e.g., Pearls, Opals, Emeralds, Amber, Turquoise, Coral) unless utilizing the s5pecific "Delicate" mode strictly according to instructions, or avoiding ultrasonic cleaning entirely for these items.

       

    • Jewelry with loose settings or existing structural damage.

    • Costume jewelry with glued-on stones (ultrasonic waves may dissolve adhesives).

  2. User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify if your specific jewelry piece is safe for ultrasonic cleaning. We recommend consulting a professional jeweler if you are unsure about a specific piece.

  3. Operation: You agree to operate the device strictly in accordance with the User Manual provided in the box and available on our website. This includes using the correct power voltage (100-240V) and not submerging the electrical components of the devi6ce in water.

     

7. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provide7d at the time the order was made.

 

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: If the item has been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

LuxeStone Atelier warrants the LuxeUltra™ device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by use with non-LuxeStone products; (b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; (c) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by LuxeStone Atelier; or (d) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of LuxeStone Atelier.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

11. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

In no case shall LuxeStone Atelier, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Specifically, LuxeStone Atelier is NOT liable for:

  1. Damage to jewelry, watches, or other items cleaned in the LuxeUltra™ device.

  2. Loss of stones due to loose settings being agitated by the ultrasonic frequency.

  3. Discoloration of metals or stones due to the use of improper chemical solutions or prohibited cleaning modes.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LuxeStone Atelier and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of 8these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any 9law or the rights of a third-party.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your Business Jurisdiction, e.g., State of Delaware, USA / London, UK / NSW, Australia].
