SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
High Volume: During high volume periods (product launches, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Holiday Season), processing times may extend by an additional 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your LuxeUltra™ with care.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
We offer calculated shipping rates based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): FREE on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $8.95 applies.

Expedited Shipping (2 business days): Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
International Shipping (UK, Australia, Canada, & EU)
We currently ship to select international destinations.

Standard International (7-14 business days): Calculated at checkout.

Express International (3-5 business days): Calculated at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing, which are out of our control.
3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Important for International Customers (Outside USA):
LuxeStone Atelier is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

United Kingdom: VAT and customs duties may apply upon arrival.

European Union: VAT is collected upon delivery or via the carrier.

Canada: GST/HST and provincial taxes may apply.
If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping cost and a restocking fee from your refund.
4. LITHIUM BATTERY SHIPPING REGULATIONS
The LuxeUltra™ device contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. All packages are labeled in accordance with international shipping regulations for equipment containing lithium batteries. Please note that this may restrict shipment to certain countries or via certain air freight methods. If we cannot ship to your location due to these regulations, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund immediately.
5. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@luxestoneatelier.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. PRE-ORDERS
If you purchase a LuxeUltra™ unit on "Pre-Order," the estimated shipping date will be clearly displayed on the product page and in your confirmation email.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.

We will communicate any manufacturing delays via email should they occur.
7. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Because we use carriers like UPS and FedEx for many of our shipments to ensure the safety of the device, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.
8. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES
LuxeStone Atelier is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you receive a perfect product.

Damaged on Arrival: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@luxestoneatelier.com with photos of the damaged packaging and the product. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.

Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early). If it is still missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
9. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
